About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for automotive digital interfaces, from user research and concept development to high-fidelity prototypes and final implementation.
• Define and maintain the overall UX vision and strategy for connected car services and in-vehicle experiences.
• Mentor and manage a team of UX/UI designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to identify user needs and design opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in UX/UI design , with a significant portion focused on automotive or complex digital products.
• Proven experience leading design teams and managing complex design projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
