Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of blockchain engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
• Define and drive the technical roadmap for blockchain development, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps).
• Establish coding standards, best practices, and architectural patterns for blockchain projects.
• Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, architectural reviews, and ensure the quality and integrity of all blockchain-related codebases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in blockchain development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
• Expertise in smart contract development (Solidity) and experience with multiple blockchain protocols (e.g., Ethereum, Polygon).
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, consensus algorithms, and cryptographic principles .
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices relevant to blockchain deployment.
• Proven ability to lead and manage remote engineering teams effectively.
