About the Role

Our client is seeking a visionary and experienced Lead Data Scientist to spearhead their advanced analytics initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and evaluate model performance.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate data science solutions into production systems.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in data science and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in programming languages such as Python or R, and proficiency with libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Deep understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning), and experimental design.
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, essential for a remote lead role.
