Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the firm's digital architecture strategy, focusing on BIM, computational design, and data-driven processes.
- Lead a team of digital specialists and collaborate with project teams to integrate digital tools effectively.
- Champion the adoption of new technologies and workflows to improve design quality, efficiency, and sustainability.
- Manage the development and maintenance of digital standards, templates, and libraries.
- Provide training and technical support to architectural and project teams on digital tools and methodologies.

Requirements
- Extensive experience in digital architecture, with a focus on BIM and computational design.
- Strong proficiency in software such as Revit , Dynamo, Grasshopper, and data analysis tools.
- Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives within an architectural practice.
- Excellent understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and remote collaboration skills.
