Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of complex, scalable, and high-performance user interfaces.
• Mentor, coach, and manage a team of frontend engineers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
• Define and enforce frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices across the team.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate user needs and business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (7+ years) in frontend development, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
• Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React , Vue.js, Angular) and associated state management solutions.
• Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design principles, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with build tools (e.g., Webpack, Parcel), testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a remote work setting.
