Key Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the overall game vision, design pillars, and player experience.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of game designers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
• Design core gameplay mechanics, systems, and player progression loops.
• Create detailed design documentation, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate closely with art, programming, and production teams to ensure design integrity and timely delivery.
• Conduct playtests, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to enhance player enjoyment and engagement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in game design , with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role.
• Proven track record of successfully designing and shipping multiple commercial game titles across various platforms.
• Strong understanding of game mechanics , level design, narrative design, and systems design.
• Experience with game design documentation tools and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire a team.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fully remote setting.
