Remote Lead Pricing Analyst — GLM/ML Risk Models

Arthur Recruitment supports a leading Personal Lines insurer in London to appoint a Principal/Lead Pricing Analyst in the technical Home team. Role requires a strong modeling background with at least 4 years in insurance and offers largely remote work with 1–2 days per month onsite.

You will develop and validate GLMs/GBMs, implement pricing models, and collaborate with data/IT teams to drive improvements. Proficiency in Python/SQL/SAS and Willis Towers Watson tools (Radar/Emblem) is required.
