About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a talented and results-driven Remote Lead Project Manager to oversee the development and enhancement of their E-commerce Platforms . This fully remote role offers the exciting opportunity to manage key projects that will shape the future of their online retail presence. You will lead a distributed team of professionals, ensuring the successful delivery of new features, platform upgrades, and optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce technology and a proven ability to manage complex projects in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent e-commerce platform projects , from initial concept through to launch and post-launch support.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, timelines, resource allocation, budget management, and risk assessment for online retail initiatives.
• Manage and mentor a remote project team, fostering effective communication and collaboration across disciplines such as development, design, and marketing.
• Work closely with product managers, stakeholders, and engineering teams to define project requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful implementation.
• Oversee the integration of new technologies and functionalities, ensuring a seamless user experience and driving conversion rates.
• Monitor project progress using relevant KPIs and metrics, reporting on status, risks, and key outcomes to senior leadership.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management , with a strong focus on e-commerce platforms and digital retail.
• Proven success in managing projects related to website development, platform migrations, feature enhancements, and online marketing technologies.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience managing projects in a fast-paced, remote setting.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide remote teams.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and project management tools.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
