Key Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design process for various construction projects, ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and standards.
• Mentor and manage a team of structural engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering professional development.
• Conduct detailed structural analysis and calculations using advanced software tools.
• Review and approve structural drawings, specifications, and calculations prepared by the team.
• Collaborate effectively with architects, project managers, and other disciplines in a remote setting.
• Stay abreast of new technologies, materials, and methodologies in structural engineering.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
• Significant experience as a Structural Engineer , with a proven track record in leading design projects.
• In-depth knowledge of structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, ETABS) and relevant building codes (e.g., Eurocodes).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and remote team management skills.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or eligibility is highly desirable.
