About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design process for a variety of construction projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Conduct complex structural analysis and calculations using advanced software.
• Review and approve designs produced by junior engineers and external consultants.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the structural engineering team.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other disciplines to achieve integrated design solutions.
• Oversee the production of detailed technical drawings and specifications.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience as a Structural Engineer , with a proven track record in leading design teams.
• Expertise in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, Revit Structure).
• Deep understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and relevant design codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional Chartered Engineer status (e.g., CEng MIStructE, CEng MICE) is highly desirable.
