About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and organized Remote Learning Coordinator to join their fully remote team, supporting students and educators in navigating the online learning landscape. Based ideally near Norwich , this role focuses on facilitating smooth and effective remote educational experiences. You will be responsible for managing online learning platforms, providing technical and administrative support, and ensuring that both students and staff have the resources they need to succeed in a virtual environment. This position is perfect for a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for making remote education accessible and successful for everyone involved.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organization's remote learning platforms and ensure seamless operation.
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to students and educators using online learning tools.
• Coordinate the scheduling of virtual classes, meetings, and other online educational activities.
• Develop and disseminate resources and guides to support effective remote learning practices.
• Monitor student engagement and progress, proactively addressing any challenges or concerns.
• Liaise between students, faculty, and administrative staff to ensure efficient communication and problem resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role, preferably in an educational or online setting.
• Strong understanding of online learning technologies and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
