About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Legal Advisor to join their fully distributed legal team. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal advice on commercial agreements, intellectual property, and data privacy regulations .
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including SaaS agreements, NDAs, and partnership deals.
• Monitor changes in relevant legislation and provide proactive advice on compliance strategies.
• Manage and resolve legal disputes, coordinating with internal teams and external counsel effectively.
• Support business development teams with legal aspects of new ventures and projects.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with a strong track record in commercial law.
• Demonstrable experience in contract negotiation and drafting , with a focus on technology or service-based agreements.
• Sound knowledge of UK and international commercial law, and familiarity with GDPR and other relevant data protection laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for remote collaboration.
• Proven ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
