About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a highly motivated Remote Legal Advisor to join their fully remote legal team, serving clients across the UK from Newcastle upon Tyne . Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert legal guidance on a broad range of corporate and commercial issues remotely.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documentation using secure digital platforms.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, proactively identifying and addressing potential legal risks.
• Conduct thorough legal research and provide clear, actionable advice to business stakeholders via virtual meetings and communication channels.
• Assist in the development and implementation of company-wide legal policies and best practices suitable for a remote operation.
• Support ongoing litigation and dispute resolution efforts, coordinating with external legal partners as needed.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister in England and Wales, with a current practising certificate.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a relevant legal field, such as corporate law, commercial law, or dispute resolution.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage a demanding workload effectively from a remote location.
• Proficiency with digital legal tools, secure communication platforms, and virtual collaboration software.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly.
