Our client is seeking a highly analytical and proactive Remote Logistics Analyst to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the logistics function.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for optimizing shipping routes, carrier selection, and network design.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new logistics strategies and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, procurement, and customer service, to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Conduct cost analysis and feasibility studies for proposed logistics initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a logistics or supply chain analysis role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and business intelligence software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data clearly.
