Key Responsibilities

• Monitor shipment progress and proactively address any delays or issues to minimize disruption.
• Manage and maintain accurate logistics records and databases, ensuring data integrity.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding shipment status and address any inquiries or concerns.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements within the logistics operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role, preferably within a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of shipping processes, incoterms, and relevant transportation regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using logistics software and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with various stakeholders.
