Key Responsibilities

• Process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, and invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistical activities within the company's tracking systems.
• Proactively identify potential disruptions and implement contingency plans to minimize delays.
• Assist in optimizing transportation routes and methods to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics coordination, transportation, or a similar supply chain role.
• Proficiency with logistics software and MS Office Suite , especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for remote collaboration.
