Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with a network of drivers, third-party logistics providers, and clients to resolve issues and provide updates.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, including shipment details, costs, and delivery confirmations.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the supply chain.
• Handle inquiries and provide support to customers regarding their shipments and delivery status.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics coordination, supply chain management, or a similar role.
