About the Role
Our client is looking for a meticulous and experienced Remote Logistics Coordinator to oversee their transportation and delivery operations from a home-based setting. This key role involves managing a fleet, optimizing delivery schedules, and ensuring seamless communication between drivers, customers, and internal teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient with logistics software, and capable of problem-solving in real-time to maintain operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily dispatch activities, assigning routes and loads to drivers efficiently.
- Monitor fleet performance and driver adherence to schedules using tracking systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, addressing issues and providing support.
- Optimize delivery routes to minimize travel time and fuel consumption.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle status, and operational data.

Requirements
