Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track shipments from pickup to delivery, liaising with carriers, suppliers, and customers.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, and invoices.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively address any delays or issues to minimize disruption.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and update the company's transportation management system (TMS).
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving logistical challenges.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize shipping routes and reduce transportation costs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar administrative role within the logistics sector.
• Familiarity with shipping procedures, documentation, and various transportation modes.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, effective for remote collaboration.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, including MS Office and logistics software.
