About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze logistics data from various sources (TMS, WMS, ERP).
• Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to delivery times, costs, and efficiency.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to management for optimizing routes, loads, and network design.
• Support ad-hoc analytical requests and contribute to strategic logistics projects.
• Collaborate remotely with operational teams across different locations to gather insights and validate findings.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Logistics Analyst, Operations Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on data analysis.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel (advanced), SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Understanding of logistics, supply chain principles, and transportation management systems (TMS).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate findings clearly in a remote setting.
• A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field is required.
