Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate end-to-end logistics processes, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management, from a remote location.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
• Liaise effectively with carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics providers to ensure timely and secure deliveries.
• Monitor logistics performance using key metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Analyze complex logistics data to forecast needs, identify trends, and optimize resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and documentation requirements globally.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics operations , supply chain management, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on operational execution.
• Demonstrable experience working effectively in a remote or distributed team environment.
• In-depth knowledge of global shipping, customs procedures, and various transportation modes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with logistics software, WMS, TMS, and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for collaborating effectively across distances.
