Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Manage relationships with carriers and third-party logistics providers, negotiating rates and service levels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve logistical issues, such as delays, damages, or customs clearance problems.
• Utilise logistics software and systems to manage operations, track shipments, and generate reports.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and partners regarding shipment status and updates.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions within the logistics network.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics operations , supply chain management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of transportation modes, international shipping regulations, and customs procedures.
• Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a demanding workload in a remote setting .
