About the Role

Our client requires a skilled Remote Maintenance Technician with a specialization in HVAC systems to join their dynamic, remote-first support team based near Coventry, West Midlands . You will be responsible for providing remote troubleshooting and expert guidance to our field teams and clients, ensuring optimal performance and rapid resolution of HVAC-related issues. This role is critical in maintaining our high standards of service delivery, offering the flexibility to operate from a dedicated home office setting and contribute significantly to our operational efficiency across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver remote technical support for HVAC systems, including diagnostics and fault finding.
• Guide on-site technicians through complex repair and maintenance procedures.
• Utilize remote monitoring tools to assess system performance and identify potential problems.
• Maintain accurate records of all remote support activities and customer interactions.
• Assist in the creation and refinement of technical guides and troubleshooting protocols for HVAC equipment.
• Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers for parts and technical information.

Requirements

• Significant experience in HVAC maintenance and repair, with a strong technical aptitude.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex systems remotely.
• Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and diagnostic software.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, suitable for a remote role .
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics effectively.
