About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Management Consultant to specialize in Operational Excellence . This role is fully remote, allowing you to contribute your expertise from anywhere. You will guide clients in optimizing their business processes, enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving overall performance. The focus will be on implementing lean methodologies, continuous improvement frameworks, and best practices to drive sustainable operational gains. Key Responsibilities

• Analyse client operations to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement using lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Develop and implement strategies for process optimization, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
• Facilitate virtual workshops and training sessions on operational excellence methodologies.
• Support clients in change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
• Develop performance metrics and dashboards to track operational improvements and report on progress.
• Provide ongoing remote advisory support and expertise to clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operational consulting, lean management, or Six Sigma implementation.
• Proven track record of successfully improving operational efficiency and reducing costs for clients.
• Strong understanding of various operational excellence frameworks and tools.
• Excellent remote communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple client projects effectively from a remote setting.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) are highly desirable.
