Our client is expanding its capabilities and seeking a highly motivated Remote Management Consultant specializing in Strategy & Operations to work from anywhere in the UK, with a primary focus on serving clients in the Leeds region and beyond. This role requires an individual adept at analyzing complex business landscapes, developing strategic frameworks, and driving operational efficiencies for clients. You will be a key player in advising businesses on how to navigate market shifts and achieve their strategic objectives, all within a flexible, remote-first working model. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive strategic analysis, including market assessments, competitive landscape evaluations, and internal capability reviews.
• Develop robust strategic plans and operational improvement roadmaps tailored to client needs.
• Advise clients on organizational design, process optimization, and performance management initiatives.
• Facilitate remote workshops and stakeholder consultations to drive strategic alignment and decision-making.

Requirements
