Key Responsibilities

• Analyse current manufacturing processes , identify bottlenecks, and propose data-driven improvements for enhanced efficiency.
• Develop and implement new production methodologies and technologies to optimise workflow and reduce waste.
• Design, test, and validate process changes, ensuring seamless integration into existing operations.
• Create detailed process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, quality, and operations, via virtual channels to ensure alignment and project success.
• Utilise simulation tools and data analysis to predict and resolve potential process issues before they impact production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
• 5+ years of experience in process engineering , preferably within a manufacturing context.
• Proven ability to analyze complex manufacturing challenges and develop effective, innovative solutions.
• Strong skills in data analysis, statistical process control (SPC), and process modelling software.
• Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills, with proficiency in virtual meeting and project management tools.
