About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Manufacturing Process Engineer to join their innovative team. Key Responsibilities
- Analyse current manufacturing processes , identify bottlenecks, and propose data-driven improvements for enhanced efficiency.
- Develop and implement new production methodologies and technologies to optimise workflow and reduce waste.
- Design, test, and validate process changes, ensuring seamless integration into existing operations.
- Create detailed process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, quality, and operations, via virtual channels to ensure alignment and project success.
- Utilise simulation tools and data analysis to predict and resolve potential process issues before they impact production.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
- 5+ years of experience in process engineering , preferably within a manufacturing context.
- Proven ability to analyze complex manufacturing challenges and develop effective, innovative solutions.
- Strong skills in data analysis, statistical process control (SPC), and process modelling software.
- Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills, with proficiency in virtual meeting and project management tools.
