Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Design and develop new manufacturing processes or optimize existing ones for enhanced productivity and quality.
- Utilize simulation, modeling, and data analysis tools to predict and validate process performance.
- Develop detailed process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, to implement process changes.
- Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing-related issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Manufacturing Process Engineer with a strong understanding of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
- Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong remote communication and collaboration abilities, with experience using virtual meeting and project management tools.
