Our client is seeking an innovative and experienced Remote Manufacturing Process Engineer to join their forward-thinking team. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current manufacturing processes , identify inefficiencies, and propose data-driven solutions for improvement.
• Develop, document, and implement new or modified manufacturing processes, standards, and equipment specifications.
• Utilize simulation and modeling tools to test and optimize process designs before implementation.
• Collaborate remotely with on-site production teams, engineers, and management to troubleshoot issues and ensure successful process implementation.
• Research and recommend new technologies and methodologies to enhance manufacturing capabilities and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in manufacturing process design, optimization, and implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency with process simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic) and CAD tools.
• Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
