Key Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing processes and workflows remotely to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement process enhancements using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Utilize simulation software and data analytics to test and validate process improvements.
• Create and maintain digital documentation, including process maps, SOPs, and training materials.
• Collaborate with on-site production teams and management through virtual channels to ensure successful implementation.
• Monitor process performance metrics and provide regular remote updates on project status and results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering.
• Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools.
• Proficiency in simulation and data analysis software.
• Strong skills in digital collaboration tools and virtual communication.
