About the Role

Our client is searching for a highly skilled Remote Manufacturing Process Specialist to contribute to their innovative manufacturing operations. You will work virtually with engineering and operational teams to implement best practices, troubleshoot complex process issues, and drive significant improvements in efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document existing manufacturing processes, identifying areas for optimization.
• Develop and implement new process technologies and methodologies to enhance production efficiency and output.
• Provide expert technical support and guidance to remote operational teams regarding process issues.
• Lead projects focused on reducing waste, improving quality, and increasing throughput using data-driven approaches.
• Stay abreast of emerging manufacturing technologies and evaluate their potential application.
• Create and maintain detailed process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing) or a related technical field.
• Extensive experience (7+ years) in manufacturing process engineering , with a strong focus on optimization and innovation.
• Proven ability to analyze complex manufacturing systems and implement effective solutions.
• Expertise in lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and statistical process control (SPC).
• Excellent remote communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with process simulation software and data analysis tools is highly valued.
