Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage marketing analytics and reporting frameworks to track campaign performance and ROI.
• Develop and maintain process documentation for marketing operations, ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and implement new marketing technologies.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns by setting up tracking, segmentation, and distribution lists.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or a similar role.
• Proficiency with marketing automation software and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Strong understanding of data management, analytics, and reporting principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment .
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.
