Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop new mechanical products and systems, from concept through to production, entirely remotely.

• Collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and industrial design, using digital collaboration platforms.
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and test plans .
• Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues encountered during prototyping and manufacturing phases.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in product design.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical product design and development.
• Demonstrated expertise in 3D modeling software (e.g., Inventor, Fusion 360) and simulation (FEA/CFD).
• Proven ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective virtual collaboration.
• Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and DFM (Design for Manufacturing) principles.
