Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and validation of intricate mechanical systems and subsystems, adhering to project specifications and performance targets.
• Perform advanced engineering analyses, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA) , computational fluid dynamics (CFD), and thermal management, using industry-standard software.
• Develop detailed CAD models , schematics, and technical documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy for manufacturing and assembly.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (software, electrical, hardware) through virtual communication tools and project management platforms.
• Manage vendor relationships for component selection and procurement, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues, implement design improvements, and contribute to the continuous optimization of existing systems.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in mechanical systems design and analysis.
• Expertise in advanced analysis techniques (FEA, CFD) and proficiency with relevant simulation software.
• Strong experience with 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Siemens NX) and an understanding of materials science and manufacturing processes.
• Exceptional remote collaboration and communication skills, with a proven ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a fully remote role.
