About the Role
Our client is looking for a dedicated Remote Mental Health Support Coordinator to join their compassionate team, supporting individuals across Northern Ireland . This is a fully remote role where you will act as a key point of contact for individuals seeking mental health support, providing guidance, information, and coordination of services. You will be instrumental in ensuring people access the right care pathways, offering a listening ear and connecting them with appropriate therapeutic resources and community initiatives. This position requires a sensitive, professional approach and the ability to effectively manage caseloads and communication in a virtual setting, making a real difference to mental well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide initial point of contact and emotional support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges via remote channels.
- Assess immediate needs and signpost clients to appropriate mental health services, including therapy, counselling, and crisis support.
- Coordinate appointments and follow-ups with healthcare professionals and support organisations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records using digital case management systems.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with mental health charities, NHS services, and community groups.

Requirements
