Remote Merchant Support Specialist

Payroc is hiring a Specialist I, Merchant Support to provide exceptional service to merchants, partners, and resellers from a fully remote setup. You will handle inquiries about deposits, statements, Payroc products, and deposit status during the UK evening/night hours, with a cadence of one Saturday every four weeks.

The role emphasizes resolving merchant queries, bridging knowledge gaps, and proactively recommending solutions to maximise revenue potential.
