About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Remote Mortgage Advisor to join their growing team, serving clients across the UK from a remote setting. You will guide clients through the mortgage application process, assess their financial needs, and recommend suitable mortgage products. This role is crucial in helping individuals and families achieve their homeownership goals, requiring excellent communication skills and a thorough understanding of the mortgage market. You will operate entirely from home, leveraging technology to connect with clients and provide expert advice, contributing to a client-centric service model that prioritizes accessibility and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a range of mortgage products, explaining terms, conditions, and associated risks.
• Conduct thorough financial assessments to determine client eligibility and affordability.
• Guide clients through the entire mortgage application process, from initial enquiry to completion.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage market trends, regulations, and product offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Process applications accurately and efficiently, liaising with lenders and third parties as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Broker, with relevant industry qualifications (e.g., CeMAP).
• Deep understanding of mortgage products, underwriting criteria, and financial regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, essential for remote client interaction.
• Ability to work independently, manage your own caseload, and meet performance targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and mortgage sourcing software.
