Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support and guidance for the installation and configuration of network devices and systems.
• Assist clients in troubleshooting network connectivity issues, performance problems, and hardware malfunctions via phone, email, and video conferencing.
• Develop and maintain clear, concise technical documentation, installation guides, and troubleshooting procedures for remote deployment.
• Collaborate with the sales and support teams to understand client requirements and ensure successful project implementations.
• Monitor network performance and security alerts, responding proactively to potential issues.
• Conduct remote training sessions for clients on the use and basic maintenance of installed network solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in network installation , configuration, and support, preferably in a remote capacity.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and common routing/switching protocols.
• Familiarity with various network hardware vendors and network management tools.
• Excellent remote communication skills , including active listening and clear explanation of technical concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple client issues simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a home-based setting.
• Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent experience.
