Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support and guidance for network installation projects.
• Conduct virtual site surveys and pre-installation consultations with clients.
• Guide on-site personnel through the installation of network hardware, cabling, and equipment.
• Assist with the configuration and troubleshooting of network devices and systems remotely.
• Develop and maintain clear, step-by-step installation documentation and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in network installation, configuration, and support.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, hardware (routers, switches, firewalls), and cabling standards.
• Excellent remote troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Proficiency with remote access tools and project management software.
