Our client is actively seeking a dedicated Remote Network Operations Center (NOC) Analyst to join their vital monitoring and support team. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and availability using state-of-the-art NOC tools and dashboards.
• Respond promptly to network alerts and incidents, performing initial diagnostics and escalation as needed.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and service disruptions, collaborating with field engineers and support teams.
• Document all network events, actions taken, and resolutions in the ticketing system accurately.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and sometimes customers regarding network status and outages.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of NOC procedures and best practices for a remote environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or similar network monitoring role.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG) and ticketing systems.
• Understanding of core networking concepts, protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and common network hardware.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for remote collaboration.
