Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and availability using sophisticated NOC tools and dashboards.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve network incidents and outages in a timely manner.
• Escalate critical issues to senior engineers and relevant support teams as per established procedures.
• Respond to alerts and system notifications, documenting all actions taken in the incident management system.
• Perform initial troubleshooting steps and gather necessary information for problem resolution.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of NOC procedures and best practices.

Requirements

• Experience working in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or similar IT support role.
• Familiarity with network monitoring concepts and tools (e.g., SNMP, Nagios, Zabbix).
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking, common protocols, and network topologies.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple incidents concurrently.
• Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration and incident reporting.
