Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues for internal users and clients.
• Monitor network performance and identify potential bottlenecks or security vulnerabilities using network management tools.
• Configure, manage, and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Implement network security measures and respond to security incidents as part of the IT security team.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps effectively.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to plan and execute network upgrades and maintenance activities.

  Requirements
• Proven experience as a Network Administrator, Network Support Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF).
• Experience with network hardware from major vendors (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, HP).
• Proficiency in using network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds, Nagios).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
