Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to online and telephone enquiries from potential new home buyers.
• Conduct engaging virtual tours and provide detailed information on property features and specifications.
• Guide prospective buyers through the reservation and purchase process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the property or new homes sector.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, comfortable with virtual interactions.
