Remote Night-Shift Robot Support Engineer

Dexory is seeking a Remote Support Engineer to join the Client Operations team in ensuring seamless robotic operations. You will monitor field robots remotely, diagnose issues, and provide real-time support to clients and technical teams.

This role operates on a night shift from 6pm to 6am, with a 4 days on / 4 days off rotation. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to maintain high system reliability, respond to alerts, and deliver actionable reports on performance and incidents.
