About the Role
Our client is seeking a reliable and efficient Remote Office Administrator to join their growing team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from any location within the UK. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing a variety of administrative tasks that are crucial for the smooth operation of the company. Key Responsibilities
- Manage electronic document management systems and ensure all files are organised and accessible.
- Coordinate and schedule virtual meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes.
- Handle incoming and outgoing electronic correspondence, screening and responding as appropriate.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory for remote staff, coordinating procurement.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including HR and operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an Office Administrator or similar role, with demonstrated success in remote work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and extensive experience with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack).
- Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for remote interactions.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Experience with cloud-based productivity software is essential.
