Key Responsibilities

• Perform remote monitoring and diagnostics of offshore wind turbines using SCADA systems and advanced analytical software.
• Analyze turbine performance data, identify potential faults, and generate predictive maintenance recommendations.
• Coordinate with on-site field technicians for planned and corrective maintenance activities, providing remote technical support.
• Maintain detailed logs of turbine performance, maintenance activities, and fault resolutions within the asset management system.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of remote monitoring strategies and diagnostic tools.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement solutions.

Requirements

• HND/HNC qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience as a wind turbine technician or in a similar role involving complex electromechanical systems monitoring.
• Strong understanding of wind turbine technology, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Proficiency in utilizing SCADA systems, diagnostic software, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information remotely.
