Remote/On-site Rent & Income Officer – Housing

Colbern Limited, on behalf of our client, is seeking an experienced Rent Officer to join the Housing Income team in Redditch. The role is based in Redditch with a hybrid work pattern: 3 days on-site and 2 days remote, paid at £20 per hour.

You’ll play a key role in helping residents maintain successful tenancies through early intervention, income maximisation advice, tenancy sustainment support and effective rent recovery, including arrears handling and court processes where required.
