Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community engagement strategies to foster a positive and active online presence.
• Moderate online discussions, ensuring a respectful and constructive environment across all platforms.

• Respond to community member inquiries, feedback, and comments in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor social media channels and online forums for brand mentions and relevant conversations.
• Analyze community engagement metrics and provide regular reports on community health and growth to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Community Manager , Social Media Manager, or in a similar online engagement role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting engaging content.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, online forums, and community management tools.
• Ability to mediate discussions and handle sensitive situations with diplomacy and tact.
• Proficiency in analyzing community data and generating actionable insights.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with excellent time management skills in a remote setting.
