About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive operational strategy that aligns with business objectives and supports growth.
• Oversee all aspects of remote operations, ensuring maximum efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Manage significant budgets, P&L responsibility, and resource allocation for operational departments.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse, remote-based team of operational professionals and managers.
• Implement and refine operational processes, systems, and technologies to drive innovation and performance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards across all operational activities.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations leadership, with at least 5 years in a Director or VP level role.
• Demonstrated success in leading and scaling operations in a remote or distributed environment.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing large budgets and financial performance.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing remote teams through effective communication and collaboration tools.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
