Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for operational excellence across all manufacturing sites.
• Lead the deployment of Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other continuous improvement frameworks.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, and cost savings through data analysis and process mapping.
• Champion a culture of quality and efficiency, promoting employee engagement in improvement initiatives.
• Develop and deliver training programs and workshops on operational excellence best practices.
• Collaborate with site leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and sustainment of improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management, process improvement, or a similar role, with a strong focus on Lean and Six Sigma.
• Demonstrated success in implementing operational excellence programs and driving measurable results.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, suitable for a remote leadership role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and experience managing change across dispersed teams.
