Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Remote Operations Optimisation Engineer to join their distributed engineering team. Key Responsibilities

• Analyse complex operational data from various sources to identify trends, root causes of inefficiency, and areas for improvement.
• Design, develop, and document optimised operational processes, workflows, and system enhancements.
• Implement and manage process improvement projects, utilising Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Utilize simulation and modelling tools to predict the impact of process changes before implementation.
• Collaborate seamlessly with remote project managers, clients, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in operations management and industrial engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Operations Management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations analysis, process improvement, or industrial engineering.
• Proven expertise in applying Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to operational challenges.
• Strong proficiency with process simulation software, data analytics tools (e.g., Python, R), and project management platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality results remotely.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective virtual collaboration.
